Note:

If renting the kitchen, renter must pick up key card at the Texarkana Recreation Center the day before rental or on Friday if rented on a weekend.

**Reservation fee must be paid within 48 hours of online booking or reservation will be cancelled.**

CANCELLATION NOTICE PROCEDURE: Notice must be given at least ten (10) business days in advance of reservation to qualify for a 100% refund. You may come in our office, e-mail, or fax your signed cancellation notice to:

Notification date will be the date the Park Reservations Desk receives the signed cancellation, email or faxed notice. Renters failing to cancel reservations ten (10) business days prior to their event will forfeit their entire reservation fee unless approved by the Parks Superintendent.
