Looking for the perfect place for that workshop, meeting or class? The Texarkana Arkansas Recreation Center meeting room offers everything you need for a successful event. With a capacity of up to 30 people, the room can easily be configured for a lecture or classroom style setting. Room comes complete with tables, chairs, podium and 70’ smart TV with wi-fi capability for presentations. The kitchen may also be rented separately upon special request.

**Reservation fee must be paid within 48 hours of online booking or reservation will be cancelled.**
CANCELLATION NOTICE PROCEDURE: Notice must be given at least ten (10) business days in advance of reservation to qualify for a 100% refund. You may come in our office, e-mail, or fax your signed cancellation notice to:

Notification date will be the date the Park Reservations Desk receives the signed cancellation, email or faxed notice. Renters failing to cancel reservations ten (10) business days prior to their event will forfeit their entire reservation fee unless approved by the Parks Superintendent.
